- Double Rails Design - The dual rails provide increased stability during the cutting process, achieving more precise and accurate cuts, and reducing the chances of errors or uneven edges on the tiles. The handle of the tile cutter is designed ergonomically with a curved shape. This design ensures a more comfortable grip and reduces strain or fatigue on your hand and arm during operation.
- Infrared Positioning Device - Before using the tile cutter, adjust and calibrate the infrared positioning device to align with the center of the tungsten steel cutter wheel, which will make the cutting process more accurate and minimize losses due to cutting errors. Note: Adjust the laser alignment mechanism by tightening or loosening the screws on both sides.
- Adjustable Bracket Design - The base of the tile cutter features adjustable brackets on both sides. These brackets can swing 180°, allowing for greater stability and support while cutting tiles of different sizes. By adjusting the brackets, you can securely position the tiles and prevent any movement or slippage during the cutting process. This stability ensures cleaner and more precise cuts.
- Precise and Smooth Cutting: The tile cutter is equipped with a tungsten carbide cutting wheel, which is hard and durable. Pull the handle to the end, lay the tile, push the handle forward to cut, and press on the end to complete the cut. No dust and no noise during tile cutting, in comparison to an electric tile cutter, the manual tile cutter provides a quieter and cleaner cutting experience.
