- Cylinder Leak Test: JIFETOR cylinder leak tester is designed to detect a variety of common engine faults: worn piston rings, worn valves, cracks in cylinder walls and blown head gaskets. Connect the tester to one of the cylinders, 45-100psi compressed air is fed into that particular cylinder through the built in pressure regulator. By observing the amount of leakage indicated on the cylinder leakage gauge and by listening to locate the leakage points of the cars system
- Double-meter Assembly: Cylinder pressure gauge and cylinder leakage gauge are equipped, available with either single gauge shows % of cylinder leakage, or twin gauge manifold show cylinder leakage and cylinder pressure. Both gauges have 3" large metal dials plus rubber protective covers. The cylinder pressure gauge adopts double-scale dial (0-100psi and 0-7bar). The leakage of cylinder leak gauge marked by color partition scale: set (0-10%), low (10%-40%), modern (40%-70%) and high (70%-100%)
- Adjustable Air Input: This engine leakdown tester is equipped with an American air plug, and also an air regulating valve with metal valve body and plastic knob. Connect the leak detector with compressed air, pull out the knob of the air regulating valve downward and turn it clockwise to increase the intake of compressed air, and turn the knob counterclockwise to decrease it until the intake of compressed air is closed, then push to lock the regulator
- Special Adapters: Compression leak down tester kit is equipped with special adapter heads of 10, 12, 14 and 18 mm, suitable for any gasoline engine with 10, 12, 14 or 18 mm spark plugs. There are 41-3/4" long & 11-1/2" short rubber hoses with 14mm adapter on one end (After testing, please unscrew the adapters after the cylinder is cooled to prevent the hose from softening and not driving the adapters to rotate together). There is also a 7-5/8" aluminum extension rod with 14mm thread on two ends
- Universal Connectors: The straight and angled push-on connectors in the cylinder compression tool kit are equipped with rubber tapered tip for easy and quick installation, you just need to push and hold it seal against cylinder head, rather than screw to tighten like 10 12 14 18 millimetres appropriative adapters. These push-on connectors are also perfect for some types and depth spark well, which the appropriative adapters do not fit
- Wide Usage: This cylinder leakage tester set contains several special adapters and universal connectors, widely suitable for most types and depth spark plug well on gasoline petrol gas fuel engine cylinder, which is common in motorcycle, car, ATV, snowmobile, dirtbike, lawn mower, chainsaw etc
