- MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION: Flame Resistant 100% Knitted Cotton fabric. Fabric weight is 7 oz / sq yd. Flex fit with just the right fit, comfort, warmth, protection and wearability. Fabric complies with ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire. Arc Flash rating (ATPV) is 12 Cal / cm2 and complies with HRC 2 rating. Fabric is processed and designed to provide minimal shrinkage, maximum comfort, warmth and optimum safety and durability.
- DESIGN & SIZING: Designed to offer protection in cold and thermal heat (arc flash and flash fire), comfort and fit. Specially designed ear muffs / pads are build-in to conceal and also offer additional protection and warmth to ears. Features allow for extended life. Flex fit with just the right fit, comfort, warmth and wearability. Designed with optimum Safety (flame resistant), Performance, warmth (winter wear), style and Value in mind. Manufactured to US Standard Size Charts. Flex size.
- COMPLIANCE: NFPA 2112 (ASTM F 1930) Compliant for Flash Fire. ASTM F1506 (D6413 + F1959) Compliant for Arc Flash. HRC 2 (ATPV of 12 Cal / cm2). A combination of Winter wear and Work / Safety wear (Flame Resistant) at the best value.
- WASH / CARE INSTRUCTIONS. FR cotton based fabrics must be well cared to extend life and minimize shrinkage. Follow Wash and Care instructions. Our Fabrics are mercerized to minimize shrinkage. However, it is recommended to wash in mild temps and mild detergents to extend life and minimize shrinkage. For garments worn on top of other garments or to have looser / comfort fit or if your garments will undergo routine industrial washes, we recommend one size up on the garment.
