An innovative solution that uses physics and quality components to combine our love for running and our affection for our four-legged friends. Because Running with a dog is challenging (sudden turns, pulling forces, storage, maneuvering), we use triangulation to split the pulling forces on the running belt, reducing the unpredictability of movements and increasing running comfort. The waist belt has a static back half for strength and a flexible front for comfort.
- UNIQUE TRIANGULATION SYSTEM: the leash attaches to each side of the belt with the link, splitting the pulling force in two and offering unmatched comfort during runs and walks. Even sudden side pulls are distributed evenly, preventing the belt from rotating on your body. Use the triangulation set-up even when walking if your dog is particularly energetic. It will give you a clear advantage with maneuvering.
- STRONG AND CLEVER COMPONENTS: All carabiners have 4kN (about 900 Lb.) of tensile strength. The D-rings (made from strong thermoplastic polyamide resin) provide strength and no clinging noises when running. The carabiner at the top of the leash neatly stows when not needed. The leash has a removable large pocket to store all kinds of goodies, a bungee segment to dampen rapid pulls and two bottom D-rings for customizable lengths or second dog attachment. The bottom swivel carabiner prevents twisting and ensures security.
- MODULAR DESIGN FOR EVERY ACTIVITY: Whether you are running, walking, or canicrossing, FITLY adapts seamlessly. The fixed or extended sliding D-Ring, the link, and the various attachments on the leash provide modular approaches to different activities. For promenades, for example, the leash can latch on directly to the floating D-Ring on the belt, allowing smooth lateral movements as your dog explores.
- SIZE AND TIPS: Our running dog harness is one size fits all, accommodating body types from XXS to XXL for an inclusive and comfortable fit. All components are strong enough to handle dogs of any size. To close the minimalist belt buckle, pinch the 2 sides in the middle (like you would pinch a coin), line them up, and close. When running, position the belt as low on your hips as possible and fasten it tightly to avoid running up. On walks, use the LINK to attach a second dog to the lower D-ring, extend the leashs length, or use it as a solid anchor to attach your dog to a bench, a tree, etc.
