- [Proximity] Ensure the Hub M1S Gen 2 is within 400 inches of the Wi-Fi router (closer for a sturdier connection). Also, ensure both the Hub M1S Gen 2 and the router are on the same local area network (LAN). When integrating with Apple HomeKit using the Apple Home hub, ensure the Home hub and your phone share the same LAN.
