- Dual-Lens Telephoto & Wide-Angle: Seestar S30 features two lenses: one telephoto lens and one wide angle lens. The telephoto lens is used for taking close up shots of astronomical and distant objects, while the wide angle lens lets you capture landscapes and nightscapes while making it much easier to find objects before zooming in.
- Three Versatile Shooting Modes – Stargazing, Scenery & Solar System: Stargazing Mode lets you capture photographs of deep sky objects like galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and more. Scenery Mode is used for photographing terrestrial objects like landscapes, cityscapes, & wildlife. Solar System Mode lets you take stunning photos of the Moon and the Sun.
- Triple Filters for Various Shooting Scenarios: Light pollution filter with dual band passes that allow only light from nebulae to pass through. This filter lets you image space from wherever you are, even in a city or suburbs! UV/IR cut filter is best used on broadband targets like galaxies and star clusters. Dark frame filter is used automatically by the S30 to remove unwanted noise from your photos.
- EQ Mode, Plan Mode & Mosaic Mode: EQ Mode uses an equatorial mount setup, which is a more accurate way of tracking objects in the night sky compared to the standard Alt-Az mode. The Plan Mode enables you to select multiple targets you wish to capture, set up the necessary parameters for each, and schedule when to shoot them. The Mosaic Mode can automatically stitch two images together from adjacent patches of the night sky. This allows you to get larger fields of view than normally possible, like a panorama photo can.
- Smart Noise Reduction with Automatic Post-Processing: One-tap image creation, reducing noise while preserving the target details, ensures clarity even in heavily light-polluted areas. You can also fine-tune your image’s style to suit your taste and share your stunning image instantly.
